Ann Naustdal
Ann Naustdal, born on April 24, 1950, in Lillehammer, Norway, is a prominent textile artist specializing in tapestry weaving. She graduated in textile design from Huddersfield Polytechnic in 1972 and continued her studies in tapestry at the Edinburgh College of Art until 1973.
Naustdal has participated in numerous exhibitions, including the group exhibition “Tapestry: Changing Concepts” at the City Art Centre in Edinburgh in 2021–2022. She has also held solo exhibitions, such as at Galleri Tanum in Oslo (1980) and Lillehammer Bys malerisamling (1981).
